The Art and Design team is like a two-headed dragon. While one head cheerfully admires artsy stuff like portraits of lovely old ladies or photo essays of one’s trip to Norway, the other head bangs itself against the wall trying to move one picture on the journal's page editor without having all other images and texts collapsing into the abyss (the dark side of formatting, ya know).
